Before gracing the big screen in movies like Samson and Delilah, Heddy starred in Viennese stage productions as a teenager until marrying Friedrich Mandl. Mandl, who played a bait and switch game with her, only intented to lock her away and have her serve as arm candy and hostess for his important friends. Heddy wanted so much more….and she got it!

I received this book in a recent subscription box and, given that it’s pink…I jumped at the chance to read it. I’d never heard of Oshry before to be honest, and I get why. She’s not exactly the type of influencer I pay attention to. The short version review will be up on our Instagram page Thursday, but if you pick this up, be prepared to see a Bravo reality star’s name on every other page.
