And in that vein, we are starting our challenge with the prompt “New Years”! Since our January color theme is white, my goal is to choose books with a white cover for our prompts. Bridget Jones’s Diary

I had never seen the movie inspired by this book, so I wasn’t entirely up to speed on the plot. This book was critically acclaimed, but I didn’t give it a 5-star rating. I was thrown by the abnormal chapter structure and the constant references to weight and diet.
