
It’s eleven days to one of my FAVORITE holidays – Halloween! Fall Festivals have dominated the event schedules around area this past week and they have been so much fun! Are you enjoying the fall festivities?
This week, we are also getting ready for another upcoming holiday – Diwali. The Hindu Festival of Lights has been a fascination for me for the past few years since I saw my first rangoli. This year, Diwali falls on November 1st. If you’d like to learn more about this holiday, check out our suggested reads for the week or event schedules at your local library or city hall.
