This month is all about the moms in our lives! I’m a very fortunate person in that I have multiple moms to call my own. The woman who raised me, bandaged all the boo-boos, and been there for all the big moments. The woman who carried me for 9 months and chose to give me up so I could be raised in a better situation. The women who were the village that helped raise me – my aunts, my grandma, all the teachers who worked with my mom, and all the ladies at church. And the women who have been the village that helped me raise my own kids. This month is for you!

What books would you add to this list?
I love music while I read, or work, or just do things around the house. No joke – I did cry a little bit putting this list together, but I always do when it comes to music about motherhood. Special Easter Egg here – one of the sons included is the song I used in the senior slideshow for my eldest last year! There’s also 2 additional songs that have special meaning for us. You can access the Spotify playlist for May here. Any songs you’d add?
