With the start of a new month, we have a new theme for our reading: flowers! This is also our theme for the Read With Lindsey 2024 Reading Challenge this week, too. I love flowers and keep fresh cut flowers in our house all the time – it’s something my great-grandmother instilled in me growing up. My favorite flowers aren’t quite in season around Georgia yet, though – golden sunflowers and blue hydrangeas. What are your favorites?

This is actually the 4th time I’ve read this book over the past 15 years. It was originally suggested to me by my manager at my last job and I learn or remember new things every time I read it! Now that I’m managing two high-volume customers that work with our top customers, I wanted to re-read this masterpiece to remember how to motivate my teammates to success!
