September Recap & October Reading Plan

September ended up being a very productive month for reading! I finished 15 this month – 8 audio and 7 print books. I also finished my 2023 reading goal of 102 books for the year! Let’s take a look back the reviews of those books – click below to visit the reviews:

5 Stars

I loved each of these books so much! They were all great books, but the top book of the month has to be Book Lovers! I enjoyed the romantic comedy and quick-witted dialogue, and the small-town romance factor! Eligible was a close second in terms of RomCom. Maybe because I read Eligible just before Book Lovers, but I pictured my main characters in Book Lover as Matthew Macfayden and Kiera Knightly from the 2005 “Pride and Prejudice” movie!

4 Stars

3 Stars

  • Culture Jock by Kenny Noble Cortes (review coming next week)
  • Ellis River by Nicki Ehrlich
  • The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli
  • Triangle by Katharine Weber
