Must Love Flowers by Debbie Macomber
When Joan decided to rent out her spare room, she had no idea how it would change her life. Her friendship with Maggie, her renter, will show them both the value of the family you choose. With hints of romance and the struggles many mature single women face, this will be a great summer read!
Queen of Exiles: A novel by Vanessa Riley
Before hearing of this book, I had no idea who Marie-Louise Christophe was. The Haitian Queen was crowned in 1810 and fled her country a decade later after a coup overthrew her husband’s reign. The Queen set up court in Italy while touring Europe like other Regency area royals. This historical novel was first in my basket today!
The Summer of Songbirds by Kristy Woodson Harvey
Camp Holly Springs brought everyone together. But now June, the owner, is at risk of losing the camp. Her niece and two friends who first met there are banding together to help save the camp. But each of these four women are facing their own personal struggles that threaten to derail their focus. The camp helped them all start a new phase of life once before…can it do it this time, too?
