February Review & March Preview

Can you believe it’s already March?? That means it’s time to look back at what we read in February – what were your favorites last month? Here’s the books that got 5 stars from me this month:

February Reads

In February, I read 10 books – 6 audiobooks and 4 print. The links below will take you to the reviews previously posted. Visit this list on the Bookshop page for links to purchase a copy of each yourself!

My favorite this month was The Bell Jar! I know this has been a controversial book, and I’m still working to write a full review because of that. Plath delivers an honest and poignant look at mental illness and the controversial treatments used both in the time period of the book, and still today. I think it’s most controversial because it puts these topics in your face when most people would rather pretend like they don’t exist.

March Reads

February was a lighter month given the fewer days, but we are back up to 11 books for March! (You can grab your copies of these reads here)
